We ship our cheesecakes by UPS Ground.
Most UPS ground orders can only be shipped Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday depending on the delivery schedule in your area.
Unless otherwise specified, cheesecake orders placed by 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time will be shipped within 48-72 hours.
Bulk orders may take up to 5 business days to ship. You will be notified within 2-3 hours of placing a bulk order of the estimated shipment status.
We cannot be held responsible for packages left at an address when someone is out-of-town. Please make sure the recipient will be home before submitting an order.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
We cannot be responsible for packages that arrive late, cannot be delivered due to signature requirements, or do not arrive at all to Schools, Colleges, or Universities due to addresses that are not deliverable by UPS. Many schools have Post Office mailing addresses for students to which UPS cannot deliver to. We recommend calling the school ahead of time to obtain a correct shipping address of the student prior to placing your order.
We cannot send out Shipments on the following days: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day as UPS is either closed or not picking up packages. Packages will not be delivered on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve (ground only), and New Years Day.
NOTE: Refunds cannot be given for shipments once it leaves our facility for the following reasons:
1) An incorrect or incomplete shipping address; 2) Delays caused during Major Holidays; 3) Weather related delivery issues; 4) Problems beyond our control; and 5) Cakes which have become unusable due to failure to follow instructions included in the packaging by the recipient.
